there are no exact explanation on how the earth itself formed although there are many theories and beliefs that had been made to suffice this question. In science theories had been made and was accepted. The most famous is the solar nebula theory, this claims that the planets which includes Earth formed through accretion of the solar nebula or clouds of gas/dust while orbiting around a central protostar. Gravity helped in the clumping of material and over time, planets such as earth are created.
